Warranty Policy

Products with confirmed manufacturing defects will be unconditionally recalled.

AC-powered tools: 6-month warranty or until rotor commutator wear exceeds 0.2mm diameter (whichever comes first).

Lithium products: Replacement for verified quality issues; non-quality issues excluded.

Motors, battery packs, chargers: 1-year warranty from manufacturing date; non-warranty service available at cost.

Warranty Exclusions

Normal wear (e.g., rotor commutator wear >0.2mm), misuse, overload operation, or failure to follow manuals.

Water damage, moisture exposure, or human-induced battery/charger failures.

Consumables: chucks, flexible shaft holders, chainsaw guide bars, mixer rods, polishing pads, saw blades, etc.

Damage from non-genuine Xinyuan parts/accessories.

Unauthorized modifications or disassembly.
