Mr. Li Jianzhong, the founder of Xinyuan Company, rented a 48-square-meter ground floor of a private house in Lane 3, Nanyuan Road, Yongkang City as a factory and established Yongkang Deli Electric Tool Factory, which was the predecessor of Yongkang Xinyuan Electric Appliances and had 2 assembly employees (neighboring with Boda, Lunda, Minli and Fade).2Month

Due to the rapid expansion of production capacity, Xinyuan rented 6 rooms (about 120 square meters) as factory buildings from the Urban Construction Company on Chengjian Road, Yongkang, which was the first step in Xinyuan's expansion.3Month

With the further expansion of production capacity, we rented the auto repair room of the Yongkang former flour mill fleet at No. 4 Yongtuo Road for production (more than 300 square meters, with an open space of about 800 square meters). The number of assembly staff has grown to more than 20 people.11Month

With the investment from the streets of Chengnan District, Yongkang City, 17,000 square meters of land were expropriated in Shuangjin Village, but the plan was unsuccessful due to the government's policy of demolishing illegal buildings and incorporating regulations (with a loss of nearly 500,000 yuan).

The company requisitioned the certified Chengxi Industrial Zone on an emergency basis and started building its first production base.10Month

In February, the company was officially renamed Yongkang Xinyuan Electric Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd. - No. 5, Xita 3rd Road, Chengxi Industrial Zone, Yongkang; in October, the factory building at No. 5, Xita 3rd Road, Chengxi, Yongkang was officially put into use. At this time, the factory staff increased to 43 people and it had begun to take shape.2-10Month

The company developed rapidly, and successively established the final assembly workshop, motor workshop, and metalworking workshop, with the number of employees growing to 252. Due to the limited plant area, it rented the industrial plant on West Street and separated the electric drills for separate production (which was also the prelude to the Wuyi branch). In just three years, Yongkang Xinyuan has become one of the leading electric tool companies in Yongkang City.

Rijiu, Youke and Xinyuan, which were registered successively in 1995, established industry benchmark performance for Xinyuan in the early stage of its development; in order to create a professional brand strategic plan, in 2000 the company successively registered the [Shenchuan] and [Xingshi] trademarks, and integrated the company's products to form two professional brand tool products, Shenchuan and Xingshi, and became a brand factory in Yongkang that is determined to take the route of independent brand development.

In March, the company invested 500,000 yuan to register Wuyi Xinyuan Electric Co., Ltd. and rented about 800 square meters of canteen in Wuyi Yangjia Fluoride Mine; in December, it expropriated Wuyi Shentang land (about 35,000 square meters) to build the Wuyi Xinyuan Company factory.3-12Month

The company opened up the Indian market through the [Youke] brand, and officially entered the foreign trade Southeast Asian market, starting the road of international expansion.

The company has established "focus on customers, effective management, and stable improvement" as its quality policy, injected core corporate philosophy into the company's brand development, and formally integrated Xinyuan culture into products.

The Wuyi Shentang plant was completed, and Wuyi Xinyuan became the second production base of Zhejiang Xinyuan. It also established separate assembly, motor, injection molding, and die-casting workshops (with an investment of approximately RMB 15 million).

Xinyuan R&D Center was established, and it successively developed high-power electric drills, stirrers and other benchmark products that lead the power tool industry, starting Xinyuan's independent research and development of branded design.

Wuyi Xinyuan established the Second Sales Department to operate the [Rijiu] and [Xilai] brands, opening up the second independent business field for Xinyuan. The diversified business model won more market share for Zhejiang Xinyuan.

[Dolux] trademark was registered, and Xinyuan professional mixer brand was born. It became an enterprise in China's mixer industry and has been leading the industry. It has now become a drafting unit for mixer industry standards.6Month

The registration of the [Xilai] trademark marks that Xinyuan Company has completed an important layout of its brand strategy, forming a strategic layout in which the domestic sales department is mainly Shenchuan, Xingshi and Duolishi, the domestic sales department is mainly Xilai and Rijiu, and the foreign trade department is mainly SENCUN (Shenchuan) and LACELA (Xilai) brands.10Month

Xinyuan has been awarded the titles of Jinhua City Famous Brand, Jinhua City Well-known Trademark, Jinhua City Patent Demonstration Enterprise, Yongkang City Excellent Taxpayer Enterprise, etc. Zhejiang Xinyuan has become one of the well-known enterprises in Jinhua City.

Construction of the second plant building started at No. 25 West Tower.

We applied to the government to purchase 46,000 square meters of land in Huachuan and determined the new development blueprint for Xinyuan.
